Hi, I'm Brandon Rosage. I lead the design and development of Washington state's hiring website, Careers.wa.gov.

The Washington State Department of Personnel tasked me with leading the design and development of its new recruiting and hiring website for state employees, “careers.wa.gov.” The project sought to develop a user-centered information architecture, bring an inviting visual design and integrate the NEOGOV human resources web application.

The project called for bi-weekly meetings of an inter-agency team, including my leading the team in architecting the website’s content. I completed four rounds of design revisions and the development (using XHTML, CSS and Javascript) of every page.

I also worked one-on-one with NEOGOV’s lead developer to design, develop and document a custom implementation of its human resources application as it was used on all Washington state agency websites, including careers.wa.gov.
