Hi, I'm Brandon Rosage. I worked with Sound Transit in the 2014 design of its commuter train ticket vending machines.

I joined Anthro-Tech in designing the customer experience for purchasing tickets at Seattle and Central Puget Sound commuter train stations. The commuter service, Sound Transit, gave me the responsibility of designing the touch-screen experience for their 96 ticket vending machines, assembling a visual design system and user interface for the product.

The project required me to assemble multiple interactive prototypes for on-site testing with 153 customers, as well as collaboration with software and hardware engineers at the German machine manufacturer, Scheidt & Bachmann.

I worked with Anthro-Tech to stage testing environments for Sound Transit riders at Seattle-area train stations.

I crafted a design system with more than 72 screen variations and six animations, demonstrating to customers where they were on a map or where to interact with the machine outside the touch screen.

Sound Transit provides customers with a video showcasing the improvements to their ticket vending machines.
